I'll deliver anywhere in Washington or Oregon but it will cost you $0.50/mile from Lake Stevens,WA. It comes with the defroster cable but couldn't tell you if the window element works. There are minor chips along the front edge from road debris and the finish could use a good buff and wax. I did see on the web several references to prices ranging upwards of $2600 but really not sure what the value of this one is as there is no hardware for the car and it isn't in excellent condition so it'll be $2000 - OBO.
